The Rich Really Are Different Than Average

One thing that Buffett retained besides his wealth is some humility. Good for him. The next generation or rich kids are usually so unbearably arrogant.

Now am old fart, still back testing 80 hours a week, automating cause am slowing down in abilities, glad I am not young and poor, and now money is a way to keep score.

Yea, there is a different between having knowledge and those who think they have knowledge, one knows how to risk and other dreams of it. It is like foreigners coming to USA, how come so many start businesses after couple years and yet people born here are burned out? Same between those who have bucks and those who dream how to spend it and always complaining about HFTs or other nonsense, learn to adapt.
 
I often think since USA has become more of a service economy and less hard manual work, people have gotten lazy and very very obese. To own most businesses, one has to get off their arses to get it going, and reaching for Twinkies is easier and stay in hole that most people are staying in, then bitch the government isn't doing enough. They complain about the rich getting richer, I tell people to their face now, instead of yapping, get off the couch and plan your life, take some risks for God's sake, only risk they have is losing the remote under one of the folds of their guts.

Plenty of them also buy gasoline/foodmart stores[Shell Oil,XOM,MRO.... not a stock tip LOL] I was buying gasoline once [USA]+ noticed a lottery ticket buyer[gambler] in front of me. Ever won anything i asked ??. He said ''NO;but i have come close !!'' LOL-LOL
