The Rich Really Are Different Than Average

No idea.

I mean the "surf" who a lot of people cut down for posting on Twitter and other trading related websites at the same time. Just wondering, if it is you, when did you decide to become a vendor. Do you have to pay ET a vendor fee?
Thank You.

This is the only trading website I post directly on-- my articles are syndicated by my handlers on multiple at times.

I have a twitter and instagram account under marketsurfer. I don't have one named "surf".

No... Barron gives those away.
You don't have one yet?
Get one then you can post under Announcements.
Keep it on the down low though... we don't want too many to know.

This is why residential real estate investing is very difficult for me. I just couldn't make poor folks pay me. I would listen to their excuses and feel very bad about their situations. And if anything want to help them.

Very unlike my slum lord grandfather who taught me the business. He would use all means needed to collect including intimidation and physical threats from this guy he called the monkey.

Ino matter how much my grand dad tried to make me a bad ass as a child. Im an empathatic wuss and could never run his business. No matter how hard I would try to "get the rent", i didn't like it and felt terrible.

He had no empathy and became wealthy due to this-- like the article states.

Im thinking it is due to him being born into dire poverty and me being middle class with very kind parents from birth??

Kickin' a guy out right now. It sucks...but I'm not HUD. 3 months late... 57YO, can't walk very well.... but he makes it to the f'n beer mart well enough.

Here's the key in rentals.....High end executive homes that you furnish tastefully with used furniture, take pets, and are completely move in ready with power and internet already on .... lease length negotiable from one month to 2 years. You can double your cashflow and if you're lucky you get paid by a corp directly. Believe it or not... taking pets is key.

Never buy rentals in the hood or on campus for that matter either... F'n PAIN. Never again.

Agree 100%! Im talking slum lording Robert Allen style! Yes, pets make sense. Down here on the island, dogs ride in strollers and kids are on leashes.

Its like "buy here/pay here" car lots. There's a lot of money in it.... if you have zero human compassion.
"I don't care if your baby is hungry... get outta the f'n car cause its going back".

Exactly. Not my thing to exploit the poor on basic needs.
