The Research Tools Thread

I'm looking for a tool ( or a website) if anyone would know of one...I would like to find out for example...how much would a $50k investment in say 7-11 (SE) on Jan 1, 2000 be worth today...

Is there such a tool or website that I can input a certain investment amount on a certain date in the past on a stock and it will tell me how much it would be worth today like the 7-11 example I gave above?

And I mostly frequent here and Yahoo Finance and the info and tools at Options Xpress......Yahoo Finance I find very helpful but their message boards for the most part are truly pathetic.
