The reason they're at historic lows is because Obama drove the economy into a ditch....I think he calls it a "bump". So with fewer people working, tax collections are down. And he extended the Bush tax cuts.

Not to mention the fact that Elizabeth Warren just got done creating an ENTIRELY NEW BEAURECRACY, called "The consumer protection agency" which is going to have an entirely new set of rules and regulations to hamper business with.

Plus Obamacare coming, businesses have a lot to look foreword to over the next 4 years.
