The "recession" that never happened.

The question is not if the US is going into a recession, but if you personally are going into a recession.
I just met the other day a person who flipped 7 houses and is loaded with cash. This person is not going into a recession.
However, there are all those young college grads that live in NYC and got fired from the investment banks now unemployed nearly 6 months. They are going through a recession.
So I think there is a recession, but only some people are going through it.

Flipped 7 houses, when in 2004 or 2005????
Houses near me arent selling, most have been sitting for months, a few for over a year.
As for those college grads who thought it was cool to work on wallstreet because they thought money grew on trees and greed was a way of life are finally waking up to reality. Least they didnt have to see the dot com bubble this time around.
