I disagree. We only have to side scroll on the first page, and the graphic is worth it. What annoys the hell out of me is when some idiot posts some ridiculously long URL that makes side scrolling for the whole page necessary.Quote from Ricter:
This post is not trotting out
anything new, unfortunately.
And, with its big graphic, we'll
have to side scroll to keep up.
Bleh. Good topic, poor
execution. No offense.
So you adhere to the ancient-astronaut theory of life on earth. Nothing wrong with that EXCEPT it still tells us nothing about the origin of life, i.e., where did the ancient astronaut come from? Resetting the origin of life from Earth to Planet X still tells us nothing about the origin of life on Planet X ... or anywhere else. So-so science fiction, bad scientific theory.Quote from 377OHMS:
I like that photo too Walter. There are some crazy big objects out there.
When I was at school an astronomer told me that whenever I walked outside at night I should always take a look at Betelgeuse. He said that it has likely already exploded and the light just hasn't reached us yet. Its a big mother.
Personally I think there is a God but I'm not so sure about the "supreme" part. Probably just some dude who stopped here and had some pond scum stuck to his landing gear from the previous world and it contaminated earth.![]()

.... As I said, I believe there is a God, I'm just not so sure he is the supreme being of the universe. I rather think there is a more practical explanation. Something more empirical.
