In Canada, kids are never failed no matter how inadequate their performance is. A good friend teaches grade six kids. Some can't even read or write. That's how bad it is. And they get passed right through. University students with learning disabilities also can't be discriminated against. They get diplomas even if they can't do the course work.

I'm suggesting that people who havent fulfilled the academic requirements for degree programs, will earn the same degrees as people who have. So yes, very possible bad things will happen in the future. Think Indians who come here with fake degrees, fake resumes, and fake credentials who get a job in their chosen field.
