The Psychologist Who Turned the Investing World on Its Head

I don't want a woman for love. I her for her loving, only.

I only give women an illusion. Something they only need. I get their love, they get the illusion.

I will never give a woman love because I don't know what the heck love even means.
I know you don't do too much reading, but here is a book you might find useful.:)

Hello zghorner,
I don't want a woman for love. I her for her loving, only.

I will never give a woman love because I don't know what the heck love even means.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.
Love is respect for others.

Hello themickey,

Love to me is getting rich quickly, only.

Money equals love to me, only.

If I have money, I have love. No money, no love. Simple

These quotes describe me, the fake elite trader. :(:(:(

Why don’t we realize that most hot streaks are just luck?
Hate to admit, my success is not brain but the raging bull market.

Why do we ignore the odds when we know they’re stacked against us?
I know, I shouldn't buy options. :banghead:

Danny said, money lost isn’t the same as money gained. Losses feel at least twice as painful as gains feel pleasant.
Yes, losses are very very painful. To avoid the pains, in day trading, I rather take smaller profits so to feel less pains. :banghead:

Life would be even less painful if I just follow him and buy index funds.

I've read all the Kahneman work I could get my hands on over the decades - often multiple times. For me...as important as understanding how the public thinks and behaves with financial decisions, he's even more insightful about traders understanding themselves. He delves into why we feel the way we do when trading in deep and meaningful ways. His work absolutely shaped the way I interact with the markets in a very positive manner.
Willing to give a struggling day trader a few hints? o_O
