Man is arrested in kicking of an elderly woman on a subway as bystanders shot video

A man who was filmed kicking a 78-year-old woman repeatedly on the subway in New York has been arrested and charged with assault, police said.
Video of the attack on a Bronx subway car has been widely shared online. It showed a tall man in glasses, a dark jacket and a knit cap forcefully kicking the woman while she was aboard a train. Bystanders recording video of the attack yelled "ooohh, ahhhh, naahh" as the man hit the woman, but they did not intervene to stop him. It's unclear what happened before the attack or whether the two know each other.
After the attack, the woman appeared to wipe away tears as she quietly sat in a corner with cell phone cameras pointed at her.
As the man walked past bystanders and off the train, he shouted "WorldStar that!" a reference to a popular site that posts videos of people involved in altercations, among other things.
Police identified the suspect as Marc Gomez, 36, of Yonkers. He was arrested Saturday in Manhattan and charged with multiple counts of assault and harassment, the NYPD said in a statement.
The attack happened on March 10, but the video did not surface until recently. After the incident, the woman rode the train one more northbound stop and was met by EMS when she exited the train, the NYPD said in a statement. It said she suffered from bleeding and swelling with cuts to the face.
She was treated and released from the hospital and is getting the care, advocacy and support she needs, NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot F. Shea said.
Dude, I know an Asian guy who came to this country with his parents when he 8. When he got here, he didnt know English, his parents didnt know English, they didnt know anybody, they had very little money, and they had no support system. They figured out a way to make ends meet by selling fruits and vegetables on the side of the road.
They guy is a doctor today. So what the hell is your excuse?

Not everyone is 6'6".
Many liberal individuals downplay the book. It is very long (845 pages) and has a lot of statistics. I doubt few have read it in its entirety.

If you ever wanted to know what gobbly gook is, this objection is an example. 845 pages of well researched information and the author of the critic says it is all no good because the authors - Herrnstein and Murray - did not state why they wrote the book?
The book does not explain why there is a difference in the IQ on average of Africa Americans and other groups.
There is a reason
Out of Africa. Human life emerged in Africa. Some groups were enslaved and harassed (would become European and Asian) by the dominant group in Africa (some who would become Africa American). Some of those groups that were harassed left because of abuse or other reason. Others, some who would become African Americans, stayed in Africa.
Those that left Africa and latter became groups other than African Americans encountered more severe environments. Via random mutation and natural selection of the different environments, these groups developed different skills. Some of these skills had to do with long range planning and ability to adapt quicker to changing environments.
Skinny - In the beginning some who would become African Americans were the dominant group. Suppressed group who left Africa developed different skills/genetics. As the world moved beyond Africa the skills possessed by those who stayed in Africa where not as beneficial. As the world moved beyond Africa those that had moved earlier were better suited to take advantage of the changing environment.

You do understand though that you're punishing those rich white kids for their parents being rich and white, right? It's the literal definition of racism. But I guess you're ok with being racist as long as it's being racist against a race you don't like.

I know of a black guy whos father was Kenyan and not in his life but he became President of The US,one of the best presidents ever.
Obama becoming President weakens the racism is a problem and Blacks need special Government programs arguments, doesn’t it?
