The first question should be, if 99% of America has to take a drug test for employment, including bagging fucking burgers, why doesn't the president, the guy with the nuclear codes and the fate of all humanity in his hands have to take one? In fact, why doesn't every member of congress have to take one?
 
Trump should just have the Secret Service run a jammer on that freq.
That'd be f'n hilarious.
Cycle it off and on when Joe gets a question, that'll screw him up bad.

Has rampant drug use by Presidents and Congress been in the top 5 of issues these past few years?

Why is this an issue.

I never had to take a drug test at several jobs way above flipping a burger so 99% is hyperbole.

Overall, remarkably few jobs disclose that they require drug testing before confirming employment, or during employment. On average, only 1.47 percent of job postings in the U.S. mention that they require pre-employment drug tests.

Overall, far fewer jobs than you might have previously thought require pre-employment drug tests. In general, the percentage of jobs requiring pre-employment drug tests is lower than 2%. In fact, only one city in America has a percentage of jobs higher than 2.4%. In Arlington, TX, almost 7% of the jobs available require a pre-employment drug screening. New York City had the lowest percentage of jobs in the country requiring a pre-employment drug test.
