just goto the bookstore and buy Sheldon Natenberg's book - Option Volatility & Pricing ($60)....this book is used by almost all the 'Option Market Makers' on all the trading floors. Then if you want some pre-made excel spreadsheet for all the option formulas get the book: The Complete Guide to Option Pricing Formulas by Espen Gaarder Haug ($65).
Unless someone is doing some live trading; all the information will be the same as those books above.
