Listed stocks only, which ones are up to you. You can start with Dow stocks and go from there.

Envelope is up to you as well. Big envelopes mean fewer fills but potentially fewer losers.

Search on "Don's Openings" with search criteria "titles only" and "show results as threads". The basics are covered there.

i trade with ib but use esignal and ib booktrader w/nyse open book for 'tape reading'

When I used IB for OO's I used Esignal charting, L2, and T&S.

Nope. Still use them every day. If you can't find them on your order line you need to enable them on your feature selector.
