Hey guys, sorry, I was taking a break from the S&P for a bit and was trading crude oil instead, I made one big swing trade and have been taking a little bit of a break. I haven't been liking the price action on the ES so much but am going to be monitoring it more closely to try to get back into it.

1a, you should read this thread from front to back ( http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=50767 ) . He has a trading service called bobokus.com , and is highly regarded in the thread. I've moved on to other methods but I check up on it from time to time.
