The number one reason...

I completely agree that anyone committing massive fraud should be imprisoned and should be sued for every penny in a civil suit, I would also love to see corrupt bureaucrats and politicians jailed for their corruption.. it just isn't going to happen. I only posted because this ridiculous lawsuit seems to fit in this thread. It is hard to comprehend why, in such a target rich environment, this panel put together by the admin decided to go after JPM. IMO from memory, jpm had some of the cleanest hands as far as the 08 meltdown.

Probably because NY needs the fine money to plug a budget hole.

Aren't you? All these comments about spineless republicans and executive orders mean nothing if he owns the courts.

On top of that, consider this: They got healthcare. 2cnd is next. It WILL come up again after he gets more of his peeps on the court. Even a blind man will see that one coming.

Of course it bothers me. But this thread is entitled NUMBER ONE CONCERN. Mine is the Fed. We won't make it to a debate over the 2nd amendment at this pace.

Good point. I share your concern regarding the Fed, as well (my wife heard a great deal of ranting from me when he blew up my system with QE1!). My trading is not why I'm worried about the Fed, though. The inflation that may occur (or already is according to many) is my big concern with him.

They say one of his mandates is trying to create jobs. LOL. We don't need to create jobs. We need to find a way to bring them home!

I would say that Romney made a monumental mistake stating he would replace this Fed. That's one he should have kept to himself pre-election.
