the next bubble (or a future bubble) will be something that can viably compete with oil, without government subsidies, stupid laws promoting it etc etc
I don't much about farms, but I'd say farmland should be in a bull heading to a bubble. Anyone know?
Many factors converging to push it up. World population growing food requirements, alt fuels, urban crowding/crime/overregulation/fear of terrorism, access to water, etc. etc. etc.
