It says if you want to prove your sobriety, blood tests are the best test to take. You should really read your links before you post them. However, it states that a breathalyzer is interpretive because the police officer has to look at the needle and mark the reading himself. If you are around 0.1 BAC, you should take the breathalyzer because your lawyer can argue a misreading and get it lowered to a 0.08 BAC or lower taking you under the legal limit. If you know you are intoxicated, taking a blood test is a bad idea. If you are sober or had 1 beer an hour before, then you should take a blood test to prove you are not intoxicated. I think most people getting pulled over for DUI are probably intoxicated. So most would be better off with the breathalyzer.
