Even if your last statement is true, that's not evidence that systemic racism doesn't exist.

But I doubt your last statement is true. Consider:

What profession do you think a pedophile would prefer?
Teacher, Coach, Gynecologist, Clown, ...
Maybe a profession that gives them access to kids; private access; etc.

What profession do you think a racist would prefer?
Law enforcement, Military, ...

My point is that the distribution of racists within various professions is not necessarily even. Racists can choose and flock to certain professions.

Most police are decent people trying to stay alive and be able to come home to their families. They do the job to provide for their families even with the huge risks and dangers which are part of the job. The systemic racists are part of the political class. Democrat politicians are the most racist of all people. Just think about it. When they do nothing for blacks who vote for them except, give them empty promises for their votes, they condemn them to a life of misery and ignorance. Ignorance of history and how the KKK klan members were part of the Democrat Party. President Donald Trump has done more for blacks than President Barack Obama. What has Obama done to improve the lives of blacks? Nothing. Of course, the Democrats want to hide their racist ties to the KKK. That is why they want to destroy the confederate monuments. Amazing the Congressional Black Caucus are all Democrats instead, of Republicans? Let that sink in. They call President Donald Trump a racist now when, he was a public citizen, he was this awesome guy they gave numerous awards and plaudits and of course, came to Trump Towers asking for monies.
