The new BMW 7-Series is the most tech-filled car yet

One thing that drives me nuts about that car and other BMWs is now the main display looks like an afterthought with the way it just sits above the dashboard.

Ditto! Looks like a poorly thought-out afterthought, cheapo add-on.

That was one of the reasons we chose to buy an Audi rather than (another) BMW. That and "run flat" tires... HATE THEM!!
