What he means is, that the "fault" of all these kids being born out of wedlock is due not to the actions of the mothers and father, the social/cultural acceptance of their actions, or the replacement of the father by the state. Rather, the fault lies with white people who won't pay for abortions and birth control for deadbeats and anyone who notices that this is a Bad Thing.

My response would be:

"OK, how about mandatory, permanent sterilization as a condition of getting handouts from Uncle Sam for years?"

Hey..

Heads up on the first episode. Goes like this.

1. Hide Babies everywhere (drawers, cupboards, the fridge.)

2. When a kid asks "where do Babies come from", reply with "where don't Babies come from" and go about opening every door and draw in the house.
