Hey Starkers, my AC is running just fine, could you come by and tune it up for me? Word on the street's that you are a wizard with your cheap set of chinese knock off tools at the manly art of running the mechanicals of a home, and to be trusted around expensive equipment. Maybe take a look at the solar array and the plumbing too. Thx! Key's under the mat. Bring all your friends, the pool's all yours, just don't bring that damn Ilhan this time. Her gigante shedding bush clogged up the filter and made the pool boy gag for days. The lawn guy found some wierd shit too you do not want to even think about that. We don't that's for damn sure.
