The most cursed trader on ET

Definition: A cursed trader is a trader who, even if they used a pure random number generator to enter or exit, would lose considerably more than 50% of the time.

I've sure felt that way at times. That's why I no longer trade manually. But I wasn't cursed. I just officially sucked at it.

Since you asked that question, is it you?

I would say that Nitro got what he deserved.

his blow up on that december was all lined up.

he had to go to work for those who whould accept his level of thinking. Who would want to have to work in that environment.

I remember we were in Chicago and nitro ducked a scheduled meeting with us. LOL ...

Now he mentions my name for some occult type non-reason.

People create beliefs by making bad decisions. they get the consequences of those decisions.

I post a lot of ground breaking science based information. Most people think I speak in gibberish. We laugh about these people in our trading room.

Am I cursed because I figured out how the operation of the market works scientifically? I don't think so.

The era I grew up in was a trader was a golden age of amateurs.

How many people have minds that deal with the markets in the mathematics of the market? Almost none. Most people screw themselves beginning with day one.

This definition does not make any sense. If one uses a random number generator to enter and exit, he would certainly lose more than 50% of the time, because of the bid/ask spread and commissions. So, by this definition, everyone is a cursed trader.

You're confusing win rate with risk reward ratio. I think his definition is sound.

EDIT: But then again, a win rate of 30% can make people rich. Just depends on your discipline to let profits run. :)
