I use AZ Screen Recorder for Android. You can also try it if you are using a handheld mobile. For Windows 10, I use Snagit and Icecream Screen Recorder. Snagit is a premium software though.

My mentor always told me to keep it simple, don't try to over complicate your trading. The mind can only focus on one thing at a time so the less you have to focus on the clearer your mind is going to be when your trading.
