It appears your videos are of a screen from TOS. If you tap the "active trader" button on the right side, a DOM will come up. I asked them once about that and understood that the numbers for their bid and ask were only of the orders placed through TOS. So if you had a DOM with IB... it would have different numbers?
If that is true, does it matter to an order flow trader? I've only ever watched one DOM, but sometimes I wonder about that.

I don't use the TOS DOM to read order flow, I just use them for charting. I do some trades with them but even then its based off another DOM. Do a little research, you'll find a way better DOM then TOS.
