That's really what measurement is, a definition process.

No one has really defined the universe, given it size, mass, weight, age, etc.
The leading theory is that there was a time when the universe was not in existence as we know it, but that is just a wild guess with lots of problems in the guess.

A person hears about making money as a trader. They see movies, hear stories, talk to traders.
