Thanks Jim Jones 2.
While the above statement may be true, there are a lot of traders who use those meaningless fib retracements to make a ton of dough.Quote from Imagine:
Fibonacci Ratios mean absolutely nothing in trading, and what you see, when a price hits one of these numbers, is nothing more than the natural movement of price over time, and, the fact that you have placed a FR line in its path, is just a coincidence

If you wish to save time, under your account, edit options, one can specify how many posts are to be included per page. The maximum is 40. This thread is 8 pages long seeing it this way.

btw, Mr. elite34 style is starting to remind me about other threads in which lack of focus becomes evident and the essence of the discussion is "lost in translation". On purpose or not, time is of the essence in every encounter. Thanks.

Summary of lessons thus far: cut and paste from the posts - up to and including page 50
Making money has nothing to do with volume or picking direction. Remember, no matter who, you with your volume readings, me with my spiggots, as soon as we get filled, the price can tick any way, and no matter how hard we try to convince ourselves, this is the hard and real fact about trading.
Comment - we are starting out with order flow to understand why the above is true????? From the sixth row - it seems the opposite.
M.I.N .D. stands for Mastering Intuition Not Decision - is one of the most fundamental pre-requisites to profitable trading. it is not as simple as using T&Sales to gauge market momentum shifts
4WH is a simple method used for filtering out rubbish information
4WH is What, When, Where, Why and How
The GENERALS control the majority of liquidity that flows in and out of the financial markets on a daily basis. The Generals are not one bit concerned with what they call, "riff raff", and this is not directed at your good self, just the way it is. What does bother them, is what goes on in their own camps
We need to understand ORDER FLOW to fully understand the stock market.
Comment - if i understand correctly - the GENERALS use ORDER FLOW to decide WHAT they trade?
The GENERALS that I am talking about leave footprints the size of an Elephants', and without a "profitable setup" these footprints will never be seen, and what is more, even if you showed the footprints to the majority of traders, they would not be able to see anything, as, to the majority, they are just some wild animal meandering about the jungle, but to the experienced hunter, the footprints mean big money
GENERALS accumulate over time and they are in no position to manipulate, it is the Market Makers and Specialists that manipulate.
ORDER FLOW is exactly what it says ! The Flow of the Orders

Well pupils, it is that time to go and get prepared for the expected to happen to the un-expected.
I also have to finish off watching Mr Bean, so until tomorrow, I wish you all a safe journey home, and keep out of those sweet shops, they will only rot your teeth.

No seriously, good job.
You've put a lot of effort into summarizing something which I honstely belive is just some guy getting his jollies off in some internet forum (for certain personalities, this can be considered to be fun), but for yours and whoever else wants to seriously learn something here, I hope not.
