No.

They accumulate over time and they are in no position to manipulate, it is the Market Makers and Specialists that manipulate.

It's limited by strength, weakness and time, but not always in the present.

Do we have to use the word 'manipulate'? What about control?
 
Flow sounds way to obvious for word 2. So guess it wont be that.

Cant help feeling that the other bit is something to do with being limited in what you can do as you will only be able to go where the market takes you.

Go with the (order) flow. Is clearly more than two words.

At this rate I'll have to go and sit with the special needs kids in row 3 hehe.
