Trump is using his position as President to blackmail China and other countries. The cost on the US side of the blackmail is paid by US taxpayers.
At the same time he is shouting "Make America great again", but his daughter Ivanka at the same time applied and received approval for 41 trademarks in CHINA. She is wisphering: Make China greater again."
I am sure there are dark deals with Russian oligarchs too.
