Another student at the university posted those tweets at a website called Truth Revolt to bring attention to the what the first person said.
The university students are going ape-shit over this. Guess which one they want thoroughly investigated and reprimanded and punished.

You know what is fucking racist........the disproportionate amount of black people in sports. This is not fair. I want to play in the NBA too. I think that the racial makeup of the NBA should generally reflect the racial makeup of the general demographics of the US.
