The Latest Trend: Suing Collection Agencies

Fascinating article. I cannot say that I disagree with his position:

"The government took my money without asking me and gave it to the banks.. ..I owe the banks money, but they already got my money from the government, I say we're even."

I thought it was very interesting that a collection agency sued him for harassing them and used his posts from an on-line debtors message board against him. I guess the things we post on ET could also be used against us. For the record, I think Obama and Bernanke are doing a great job.:)
