Coding teaches logical thinking. It is a major threat to those who control people. You can't have people thinking for themselves if you want to control them.

China teaches all of their students to code. This is going to come back to bite them is the a$$ within one generation. Any Government or party that relies on ignorance should ban subjects like coding, science and then need to control the internet.

No - China spies on its own citizens to make sure nothing can arise that will upset the status quo of those in power. Before anything can gather steam, they send the night-police to haul you off for "re-education".

Anybody who wants to turn the US into communist China and how they treat their own citizens is a traitor.
