the question is whether any one under investigation committed a crime that rises to a level of felony and jail time. Misuse of justice is framing people for crimes they didnt commit or harraasing them for crimes they didnt commit....not.simply going after them for.crimes they actually committ.

If Hillary committed any crime and was investigated by trump Justice dept and found guilty it just needs to follow due process and be proven. Same with trump. trump had full control over Justice yet no investigation by his people found a crime. Were they just going easy on her or.found nothing? trump worked so hard.to convince people Hillary committed some crime yet his own people found nothing.

Politics can come in deciding which crimes to pursue more vigorously than others but if trump committed the crime he cannot complain he got.caught and its all political just because he is a political figure.

most people feel trump believes he is above the law so.not surprised he would do illegal things to further his aspirations because he doesnt think he can be touched. We will see.
