Don't know why you aren't seeing it. On the threads page its the next thing after the thread topic, just before 'thread starter'

I'm the same as newt. If I click on a topic like "Trading", I can see the ratings. But if you simply look at the home page or click "Forums", the ratings don't appear as you look down the page.

I have never looked at a rating to make a determination as to whether I will read a thread or not.
