Biden is turning out to be the best friend that the drug cartels have ever had. The resources at the border are being totally used up trying to manage the influx of illegal adults and children and they are not able to effect drug enforcement. The amount of illegal drugs coming across the border is now the most in the history of The US.
I believe the recent press reports have outlined record levels of fentanyl crossing the border, don't know about other drugs.
