Here's another (probably dumb) question. Take Illinois or CA, there's no way Trump will win those states. I mean never say never, but in reality he won't. So hypothetically, if he's removed from the ballots there... does it even matter? He won't get those electoral college votes anyway right?
This decision of the US Supreme Court will still matter as to getting his name on the ballot, win or lose. It also, sets a precedent decision for the future. These dirty tricks of the Democrats will end if the US Supreme Court decides rightfully, that President Donald Trump cannot be removed from the ballot.
