The independent Bernie wildcard

1) I asked the other day, but it went unaddressed, no replies: What if Bernie does not get a majority and what if the party will not change the rules to have the nominee with the plurality win? And/but none of the other candidates will stand down and drop out or release their votes. So you have a Mexican standoff- so to speak. The process just hangs there with no majority regardless of how many vote rounds they have. For example, biden delegates just say "screw you, I am not yielding to a commie or bloomberg or whatever."

Putting all the partisan bullshit aside, Klobo, Butti, Steyer and Warren will be knocked out within 2 weeks leaving Biden, Bernie and a floating Bloomberg until he starts popping up in primaries.

My belief is that Bernie does not have the carry with his bullshit to carry many super Tuesday States and Biden will suddenly pop up way ahead and negotiate with Warren and Klobo to get their support and then Booty since all 3 are against Bernie's ideas. Then Biden has all he needs to coast to the nomination.

Biden has the only clear path and future support of the remaining candidates minus Bernie.

bernie can bitch and moan all he wants but the shit sandwich he is trying to serve, no one in the U.S. wants to eat except a small segment of the Dem party that has a lot of noise but no real power.

ENjoy Bernie while you can because he is done by beginning of April as Biden, Warren and Booty circle the wagons.

Well it is an opinion not a fact so I don't say you are wrong.

I just see Bernie like AOC...lot of early noise due to circumstances not real substance (and not a nice rack). In 2016 he got momentum due to HRC. 2020 he has it due to 4 years of Trump and the swing back far left. Both in both cases it was and is unsustainable IMHO.

Dems will get more desparate now since in 2016 they felt they had it easily. Now with risk of 4 more years of Trump, Bernie will feel the isolation even worse than in 2016.
