Was I replying to you? Did you not read my earlier post, I never complained when you Cons attacked me and others, I paid back in kind and will continue to do so. Somebody asked nicely the reasons and I explained why, nobody asked you for your profile of behaviorism.
Oh, I see. The great liberal defender of/for others. Got it, thanks.
Who cares but its funny seeing Ex-GOPer wipe the floor clean with some of these far right cement heads.

How about everyone turning a page and focus on discussing the issues -- rather than an escalating battle of insults.
The entire thing is starting to resemble the Israeli / Palestinian conflict. No rationality, escalating rhetoric, and no one willing to meet in the middle ground.
When you take someone's land and then keep taking more of it using force, ignore all mediation and rule of international law while clinging to religion, how can a conflict end.
But of course we are now entirely derailing into another subject.... sorry I even brought it into the current context.
The question remains if you and other posters on ET in the Politics forum are willing to take steps to be move civil to one another on your discourse.
I am not going to point fingers and focus on blame (there is plenty to go around IMO opinion on all sides of the political spectrum) -- the question is "who is willing to back off from hurling insults, be the bigger man, and focus on discussing the issues without demeaning others".
What can we do to make the ET community better?
Call out your side when they make shitposts or are uncivil.
This evening I attended the holiday party
At our table of ten there was a Muslim couple (he is a pharma research PhD), Jewish couple (both are accountants), a couple from India (Hindu & he works doing software development, two ladies who co-reside (you get what I mean), and my wife & myself.
I had a very excellent evening. Everyone got along.
if we can all get along then why can't others do the same. We all come from different backgrounds, have different political opinions, and different cultural customs... but yet we have an excellent time together for the evening.
Why can't people on ET do the same?
