The IMF Wants You To Pay 71% Income Tax

Quote from bjw:

of course, i wasn't disputing your right to get whatever information from whomever either. i was just mocking you for what you regard as REAL facts and where you get them from. everybody is entitled to their own opinion. my personal opinion is to always beware when someone claims to have any REAL facts whatsoever, but that's just me.

Well, just look a the video in your spare time, you simply cannot deny the facts, unless you want to bury your head in the sand and pretend that this evil technology does not exist.

The IMF’s team of monkeys has been working around the clock on this one, figuring that developed nations can increase their overall tax revenue by increasing tax rates.

They’ve singled out the US, suggesting that the US government could maximize its tax revenue by increasing tax brackets to as high as 71%.

I call bullshit on the study... and I will add that almost every educated person now knows the fed is a private bank.

if they for a minute tax payers are going to put up with their systematic inflation and a then a regressive income tax going up to 71 percent... I think they underestimate the level of simmer the tax payer pot is currently on.

If the IMF / FED keeps this routine up... I would expect to see a truly powerful tea party reaction calling for the fed to open their books and a call for a pull of the Fed charter.

Being the Fed owns almost the entire democrat party and they own the establishment right I guess the Fed thinks they would win... but why play brinkmanship like this. Is the IMF / FED trying to rile the tea party up.

How hard would it be for politican to gain traction with a no income tax no more borrowing platform. They would not even have to argue to abolish the fed. they could just say that the U.S. will not be paying interest on its bonds.

The real lesson from the Greek "bail in", confiscation of citizens moneys, was that it demonstrated to the technocrats that they can get away with it. A sad moment in history.

while off point... I think it shows something.

we see that Cruz is the third most influential man in american according to polls and wee can read in this article how the tea party and conservatives are going to go after the establishment.

"If Mitch McConnell and John Boehner think the grass roots are going to sit back and let them continue to work with Democrats to mortgage our nation's future, they're mistaken," Matt Hoskins, executive director of the Senate Conservatives Fund, said in a statement. "It's time for Americans to rise up and begin replacing establishment Republicans with true conservatives in the 2014 primary elections. There's no question anymore about where these leaders stand."

He does this... and he will be president of the United States of a America.

Someone is listening.

The Republican governor acknowledged this week that in his administration’s ongoing discussion about the state’s tax laws, the idea of nixing the income tax has been given serious thought.

Walker, who survived a recall attempt in 2012, said his administration is having this discussion well ahead of the state’s next budget so they can figure out now what employers and voters think “would be the biggest bang for the buck,” wispolitics.com reported.

“There are many states that do very well, better than most states in the country, that have no income taxes,” Walker said during a meeting at the Northern Economic Development Summit. “That’s one thing for us to look at. Is that feasible? What would that mean in terms of an economic boost? That’s not only for individuals, but small businesses in this state.”

Walker boasted of Wisconsin’s economic growth, telling summit attendees his administration wants to “work” with them to create jobs. He also explained that specialty training will be necessary to continue growing the state’s economy.
