Those documents are a joke. 2 courts decided Benson argument had no merit, sentenced to 4 years in jail and accused of 100k owed. He is no longer allowed to give tax advice.

Long story short..... you asked about the law that shows we have to pay and I provided. No one has successfully won over the IRS in the legality of having to pay taxes.
