The Idiots of The Squad

Just the Squad defending the killing of police officers.

‘Squad’ member Jamaal Bowman once put a convicted cop killer up on a middle school’s ‘Wall of Honor’ — and stands by move

US Rep. Jamaal Bowman once put a fugitive convicted cop killer on a Bronx middle school’s “Wall of Honor” while he worked there as principal — and now he’s standing by the move.

The Democrat member of Congress’ “Squad” was recently questioned about honoring Joanne Chesimard aka Assata Shakur — a black militant on the FBI Most Wanted list who was convicted with two others in the execution-style slaying of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster in 1973 before she escaped jail and fled to Cuba.

“Who are you to tell anyone on how they should engage in their own history and the people in their history?” Bowman said at a Feb. 21 Yonkers Third Precinct Community Council meeting.

Bowman was responding to a question from Marty Dolan, one of two Democrats challenging the two-term incumbent in a party primary this year, who asked the congressman whether he thought it was a mistake “to teach the children in your school that a cop killer should be on ‘The Wall of Heroes'” at the Cornerstone Academy for Social Action.

“My school included black and Latino students,” Bowman, who is black, railed to Dolan, who is white. “We tried to teach as much of our black and Latino history as possible — the good, the bad and the ugly.”

Bowman, who represents part of the Bronx and Westchester County in New York’s 16th congressional district, noted that Thomas Jefferson, the third president of the US and a co-signer of the Declaration of Independence, was a slaveholder.

When Dolan asked if Bowman refused to denounce the inclusion, the incumbent doubled down.

“I will refuse to denounce,” Bowman said. “I’m answering the question the way I want to answer it. We, our kids in my school learned the history of a people off the walls — and many other people and so, that’s what we did. Period.”

Part of the extremist group the Black Liberation Army, Chesimard was one of three people accused in a May 2, 1973 shooting that broke out when they were stopped in their vehicle for a motor vehicle violation on the Jersey Turnpike. A second trooper was also wounded in the shooting.

At the time, Chesimard was wanted for her role in several other felonies, including a bank robbery.

Chesimard, was found guilty of first degree murder, but escaped from a Clinton, New Jersey prison on Nov. 2, 1979 and resurfaced in Cuba, where she is still believed to be residing.

She is on the FBI’s Most Wanted List, which is offering a $1 million reward for her return.

After Bowman’s fiery defense of Shakur at the hearing, a woman then followed up Dolan’s question. “What did [Assata Shakur] accomplish that would put her in the same realm as Thomas Jefferson?”

Bowman noted that Chesimard was a member of the Black Panther Party, which he said did some good things.

“You can have critiques of this person but there are critiques of many American heroes that we have,” the congressman said.

Dolan, 66, a financial strategic adviser, on Sunday blasted Bowman’s defense of “using taxpayer dollars to teach our kids to glorify a cop killer.”

Aside from Dolan, Bowman faces a spirited primary challenge from Westchester County Executive George Latimer, who has the backing of Jewish activists including the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee, who denounce what they view as Bowman’s anti-Israel, pro-Palestinian positions.

Chesimard isn’t the only controversial figure who was included in Bowman’s schools’ Hall of Honor.

Black militant Mutulu Shakur — the stepfather of the late rapper Tupac Shakur — who served a lengthy prison sentence for armed robberies and died last July year of cancer after being released — was also honored, as was former Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.), an antisemitic conspiracy theorist, according to the Huffington Post, which first reported on the wall.

The Wall of Honor is just the latest controversy from the past dogging Bowman.

He also recently came under fire for reposting outlandish Sept. 11, 2001 conspiracy theories on his blog, which he later condemned.

Bowman last year also pleaded guilty to one count of falsely pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon Office Building in DC ahead of a congressional vote to avert a partial government shutdown. He paid a $1,000 fine but denied he intended to disrupt the proceedings.

Jamaal Bowman also strongly supports killing and raping Jews. Hear it in his own words; no matter how much he attempts to back-pedal from his previous statements in recent weeks.

Phony rabbi pranks 'empty suit antisemite' Squad member
The parody account fooled Rep. Jamaal Bowman's team in April

A parody social media account named the "Chief Rabbi of Gaza" claimed another victim from the progressive "Squad," duping Rep. Cori Bush's, D-Mo., team into boasting about a potential event with the fake rabbi.

Bush's re-election campaign was considering a possible fundraiser with "Fabbi Linda Goldstein," a parody X account that posts anti-Israel rhetoric in an attempt to catfish progressives, according to a report from the New York Post.

The parody account reached out to Bush's team on June 23 with the idea of partnering on a fundraiser, with the account telling the lawmaker's office that their "congregation was displaced from Gaza after Israel’s invasion on October 7."

"Also – would [Bush] travel to the Gaza border for the fundraiser? The optics could be incredible," the account told Ronika Moody, Bush’s finance and engagement director, according to emails reviewed by the Post.

"Cori is interested in hosting in Gaza, and it’s something she has been trying to plan. Unfortunately, we have not been successful with that opportunity as of yet," Moody responded four days later, asking whether the "theme" of the fundraiser would be Gaza.

Goldstein responded with a suggestion that the fundraiser’s theme could be "the morality" of intifada, according to the report.

"The topics are built around finding a final solution to the problem of Zionism," Goldstein said in the email, garnering no response from Bush's team.

Bush, who is in a tight primary battle to keep her seat, has been one of the most vocal critics of Israel and the war in Congress.

The account, which has in the past made claims that it had dug terror tunnels into American universities, has previously fooled another member of the so-called Squad, duping Rep. Jamaal Bowman, D-N.Y. and his campaign with a similar exchange in April.

"Cori Bush is the perfect example of an ’empty suit’ antisemite – completely clueless about how the Israel-Palestine conflict works, but eager to speak up, because it gives her cover to publicly hate Jews," said Michael, the man behind the account, who declined to give his last name to the New York Post.

Bowman would later lose his primary race against Westchester County Executive George Latimer.

Meanwhile, the exchange didn't go unnoticed by a genuine rabbi in Bush's district, who told the New York Post that the Democratic lawmaker should know better.

"Cori has not done her homework about anything to do with Israel and Palestine, and it’s very sad," Rabbi Susan Talve, the founding rabbi of the Central Reform Congregation, told the New York Post.

The Bush campaign did not immediately respond to a Fox News Digital request for comment.

Guess who is sad over the death of a leading terrorist group leader. Keep in mind that this guy was a Hamas leader whose charter says it intent is to kill all the Jews and when they are done with the Jews to kill westerners -- all in print.

AOC, Squad members sued for 'inciting' anti-Israel protests at Columbia University
https://www.christianpost.com/news/aoc-squad-members-sued-for-inciting-anti-israel-protests.html

Democratic U.S. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota and Jamaal Bowman of New York are facing a class-action lawsuit in which they are accused of "inciting and encouraging" the anti-Israeli protest encampment at Columbia University and harassment of Jewish students.

Five anonymous plaintiffs filed the lawsuit against the three members of the Squad, an informal group of far-left members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and also named at least a dozen anti-Israel organizations, according to The New York Post.

"The Gaza Encampment was extreme and outrageous conduct," the lawsuit stated. "It was illegal. It violated university rules. Its occupants harassed, followed, physically blocked, intimidated, and bullied Jewish students."

Earlier this year, anti-Israel protesters set up a "Gaza Solidarity Encampment" at Columbia University in opposition to Israel's military offensive in Gaza, kicking off a wave of similar demonstrations on campuses throughout the country.

Some protesters praised Hamas, the terror group responsible for the Oct. 7, 2023, massacre of over 1,220 people in southern Israel. The demonstrators took over a building on campus, and the school was forced to switch to remote learning for a time because students, particularly Jewish students, did not feel safe on campus.

"In a civilized community, one does not call for the obliteration of a major metropolitan area, praise terrorists, or threaten death and destruction upon our classmates and their families, friends, and coreligionists," the lawsuit reads.

Two of the five students who filed the lawsuit are Jewish, and all five of the students said that they were too afraid to reveal their identities. The lawsuit argues that Ocasio-Cortez, Omar and Bowman acted as "outside champions" by encouraging the anti-Israel protest at Columbia University.

All three lawmakers visited the encampment in April during a time when access to campus was limited to those with student IDs, according to The New York Post. At times, the lawmakers also issued statements in support of the anti-Israel demonstrators.

In April, both Bowman and Ocasio-Cortez released statements on X condemning the arrest of hundreds of anti-Israel protesters after the university was forced to call law enforcement.

The lawmakers were commenting on the arrests that took place after demonstrators took over Hamilton Hall, with activists smashing windows and using furniture to form a barricade.

Omar also drew criticism for a statement she made after visiting the encampment in April that implied Jewish students opposed to the anti-Israel protests on campus are "pro-genocide."

"We should not have to tolerate antisemitism or bigotry for all Jewish students, whether they are pro-genocide or anti-genocide," Omar said at the time.

In their suit, the plaintiffs argue the supporters of the campus protesters "not only consciously disregarded the rights of others, but the impact on the rights of others was the point of the protest: the more disruption [they] could cause for the university and the [students], the more leverage they thought they would have for their agenda."

An unnamed Jewish plaintiff referred to as "Tim Doe" said he witnessed "offensive and antisemitic signs and messages" during the anti-Israel protest on campus, including posters depicting a skunk and the Star of David.

"In one instance, I was walking with my non-Jewish friends when I was singled out because I was wearing my yarmulke," Tim Doe said. "A leader of the pro-Palestinian protest approached our group and confronted me. He singled me out, yelling that I needed to move, and when I refused, he began to shove me out of the way."

Another unnamed student involved in the suit, a senior referred to as "Eric Doe," said he "felt like he was living under an ominous cloud of doubt and uncertainty as he waited for the protestors or administration's next move that would further impact his studies and life on campus."

The offices of Ocasio-Cortez, Omar and Bowman did not immediately respond to The Christian Post's request for comment.

Earlier this year, Omar's daughter, Isra Hirsi, was one of 100 people arrested after Columbia University President Minouche Shafik authorized police to clear the camp. The demonstrators later resettled the anti-Israel encampment. Hirsi is an organizer with Columbia Students for Justice in Palestine.

The daughter of the Minnesota congresswoman was suspended from Barnard College, a school partnered with Columbia University, following her arrest. In an April 19 X post, Omar stated that she is "enormously proud" of Hirsi.

"She has always led with courage and compassion, from organizing a statewide school walk out on the 20th anniversary of Columbine at the age of 15, to leading the biggest youth climate rally at our nation's Capitol at 16, and now pushing her school to stand against genocide," Omar wrote.

Bowman, who has developed a reputation as a staunch critic of Israel, lost his primary race last month in New York's 16th Congressional District to fellow Democrat George Latimer, who has expressed support for Israel. The district encompasses a portion of the Bronx and the southern half of Westchester County.
