The House Republican tax reform plan would add $1.7 trillion to the U.S. national debt

Even their arguments are WHATABOUT OBAMA's DEBT and then can't even point to the so called 10 trillion that Obama added. Stimulus was a trillion and then deficits fell every year, so where do these dumb Cons get the 10 trillion.

No president added more to the national debt than Obama. His record of adding 9 Trillion to the national debt is unlikely to be broken in my lifetime.

No president added more to the national debt than Reagan when he left office. No president added more to the national debt than Bush 2 when he left office.Their records of doubling and tripling the national debt are records Obama couldn't break even with the gift of a 1.2 trillion dollar deficit,2 wars and the worst economy since the great depression the day he stepped into office

Lets looks at what is important - raw numbers. 9 TRILLION DOLLARS FROM OBAMA.

If a President increases the national debt from $1 to $3 it might be amusing for someone with a political agenda to focus on that the President increased the debt by 300%. The reality is the debt only went up by 2 bucks.

Obama assumed office in a crisis only comparable to FDR. He inherited a deficit of over $1 trillion dollars and an unemployment rate of 10%. Banks were falling like dominos and people were losing their homes all across the country. Who remembers FDIC Fridays? Where the feds would close banks on fridays to not panic the market that had already collapsed a full two thirds.

The point is it is dishonest to say Obama “added” $9 trillion to the debt, he inherited a structural deficit of over $1 trillion annually and more than halved that when he left. He inherited an unemployment rate of over 10% and more than halved that, bringing the workforce to full employment. The market more than tripled back and the auto manufacturing industry was saved.

When you look at what Obama inherited then handed off to Trump it’s not even comparable. History will be kind to Obama, he was a lot better president than right wingers give him credit for.

This is exactly why republicans in DC cannot govern, their voters believe in things they don’t understand.

Obama increases the debt by $10 trillion and liberals say "No problem"

Trump increases the debt by $1.7 trillion over 10 years and liberals scream "FINANCIAL MELTDOWN!!!!"

Even worse... Odumbo added to the national debt in the WORST possible way... perpetual programs of handouts... much of which to illegals.
