(lockdown may be a bit of a factor in some regions... but look at that curve and not that if 2/3 have antibodies and maybe another 20% could have faded antibodies or note even produced antibodies.)

Once again let's outline what the "national serosurvey" stated.. It sampled in 23 urban areas of India and stated that 67.6% of people in the sample had detectable antibodies. This is very different than the wild claims that 2/3 of India has natural herd immunity.

you make distinctions without a difference as act as if your comments are probative...

it did differ by region... which is why I mentioned regions.

but... anyone with a brain would also then factor in all of the immunity gained by the healthy who may not have detectable antibodies... and the evidence becomes almost overwhelming in favor of natural herd in immunity in some regions.

Well if India is so close to "natural herd immunity" then they should just stop the lockdowns & restrictions and just let 'er rip. They can even stop vaccinating people and save lots of money.

Well ignoring the harsh lesson that India already learned that natural antibody immunity wanes --- and many people can get re-infected again in under six months.

Vaccinated antibodies are typically at a level of 20 times or more than natural antibodies in a human... and vaccinated antibodies don't wane quickly.

    Many people who catch diseases (not only COVID) don't develop a high level of antibodies. Usually over 90% of people who get vaccinated for a disease develop sufficient antibodies.
