I have multiple reasons to know San Diego Bay was polluted.
Yes.... I have beaten experts with their own data on cross examination. And I have watched other attorneys do it.
any logical person can come up to speed on issues that require specialized knowledge. (if they put in the time)
I remember there were a couple of lawyers in the gore bush trial whom were very well versed when they were crossing experts. I felt one lawyer absolutely knew more than the expert.
(perhaps some esoteric fields are out of reach for even very smart people, but understanding that no study one has demonstrated a cause and effect relationship between and increase and CO2 and global temperatures... is a no brainer. As you know the data shows just the opposite temperature leads CO@.)
