When prosecuted by Durham, the defense successfully argued that although he lied, it in fact was a well known fact that he was a Clinton operative so that even though he lied he- in effect- was not duping the DOJ. As I said, I have conceded that these clowns are untouchable. BUT THAT IS VASTLY DIFFERENT THAN SAYING THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN PROVEN. It was absolutely proven at trial that Clinton operative colluded with the DOJ to initiate an investigation against Trump. And he successfully defended himself by arguing that the DOJ knew he was a clinton operative and was just playing along.

But oh how you howl if anyone goes near the Bidens, even though you know he is 100% protected. The house can't prosecute anyone - it is 100% dependent on the DOJ to prosecute anything that comes out of a house investigation- and Merrick Garland- a scumbag politician- is the Attorney General.

But this is your kind of justice. You guys love it. The scummier the better.

Durham was sent on a fool’s errand that only saps believe in. You want to blame the lack of getting any prosecution on this phony cabal despite as you claim clear evidence otherwise.

Hear me out here, maybe, perhaps even, you’ve gone along on a ride you shouldn’t have. You make claims about political motivations leading investigations against Trump but don’t stop for a second to think that the investigations you believe in so whole heartedly ARE POLITICALLY MOTIVATED!!!

I factually recounted the episode of one of Hillary's people going to the FBI to drop dirt on Trump all while denying to the DOJ that he was working for the Clinton campaign and that, furthermore, he even billed the campaign for the time he spent with the DOJ.

Said individual himself and his defense even acknowledged said facts in court.

So, yeh, I am one of the "saps" believing him.

You are one of the saps drinking the kool aid that tells you it is not true.

Note, further, in another instance- not the one above, I am one of the saps who believes that DOJ/Clinesmith deliberately altered a FISA court document to say that Carter Page was NOT known to the FBI/intel community when it fact it originally said he was. In other words, they launched an investigation an individual who was known to be working for the CIA/intel community and that is why he was in contact with certain individuals. Said DOJ/Clinesmith subsequently plead guilty to that - which again- makes a sap like me believe he actually did it.

As a result of Clinesmith deliberate and false statements in the FISA document an investigation and besmirching of Carter Page- a former Naval Officer- began ruining his life, career, finances and putting him jeopardy of imprisonment. Clinesmith, however, received two years probation and was allowed to keep his law license. Yup. They take care of their own.
