Trump did state last night that local or state officals had to request Federal assistance. I am ok with that.
As far as policy is concerned, I’m thinking along the lines of investigating the leaders of the organization behind the destructive and violent riots for evidence of foreign collusion as well as exploring the legality of implimenting Federal jurisdiction when illegal activity crosses state lines, such as unregistered guns or the commision of a crime either in multiple states or from another state.

Trump is looking for solutions to reduce the impact of the rioters and the Democrats are supportive of the rioters in aggregate. Maybe Joe will conduct a toilet paper paper raid against the destroyers of property and the attackers of tax paying constituents to show he cares. This would be more than the Democratic party has done so far.
You are smart. You are probably capable of visualizing how someone else may view a situation such as a business or homeowner in a warzone in Democrat controlled cities. Can you see people incentivized into leaving an inflicted area? Can you see other people wishing to avoid moving to an inflicted area to buy a home or open a business? What do you think happens to economic opportunities for the people who remain in inflicted areas? What do you think happens to social programs funded by tax revenue? It is this very mechanism that creates third world slums.
The Democrat Party is in self destruct mode. If however, the Democrats legitimately win the Presidency, the people will certaintly get what they asked for.
