Meanwhile in third world countries where people wear their masks in public happily enough knowing it's not about transmission in the open air but about being a good example to those who would forget to put them back on and where they take the vaccines that they can get..

The previous spike was the opening too early with not enough immunised but the government and the wealthy, their domestic staff and pets.. Since they were feeling personally safe they said fuck it.
