Seriously Jekyll, "Yes, over millions of years, and it's all being released at once." is a HUGE problem. There is far more CO2 in the fossil fuels than in the atmostphere currently. Try to put something in your gun besides blanks...

Using data that's been collected since 1958 at Mauna Loa, correlated with the temperature data. That's exactly 50 years of data. As I said in reply to someone else, the Mauna Loa data correlates with global data within .26 ppm, or almost exactly.

Its all being released at once. How many years constitute 'all at once'? As the data exposes problem after problem with MMGW hoax the claims these folks make become more bizarre.
