In response to a lawsuit that he was an undisclosed paid shill for FTX, "influencer" Ben Armstrong aka "Bitboy Crypto" decides to go full "Gamergate" on the Plaintiff's lawyers: doxxing them and unleashing trolls to harass them. Good luck with that.

In a court filing, lawyers in a class-action lawsuit alleged that Ben Armstrong “began harassing” them after he was named a defendant.

"The filing also alleges that BitBoy Crypto suggested that Moskowitz's home address is now being circulated on Reddit."

OMG! OMG! Somebody may have posted the attorney's home address on Reddit!!!! What is this world coming to? :D:D

In the not-so-distant past, his name, address and phone number would have been published in a publicly accessible book dropped on everyone and their brother's doorstep called the White Pages. But nowadays people act like that same basic contact information is some top-secret private info that nobody can ever know without explicit permission. :D

Considering it's coming from the lawyers, I would take that with a very large grain of salt. Lawyers are known to be experts at "massaging the truth". I should know. I grew up with one and I tell you he could win an Oscar for Original Screenplay for the way that he described the unfolding of events to the adults. LOL
 
These frivolous law suits of suing promoters negate personal
responsibility of due diligence. No promoter is responsible
for other people's investment decisions. Technically,
making investment decisions based on advertising is a
recipe for eventual loss.

Not only that, but it seems to me that the plaintiff will have to prove that the promoters had some inside knowledge of wrongdoing at FTX and covered it up, which seems highly unlikely, especially since FTX was operating out of the Bahamas.

They just want money, to recuperate the losses that they suffered due to their own negligence and stupidity. Celebrities and those Youtubers weren't the only ones that were promoting crypto. Why aren't they suing them? It's cuz celebrities and those Youtube influencers are the only ones that've got the $$. I am sure this is what their lawyers have advised them, sue those who have the ability to pay cuz the lawyers' got a stake in this too. They get a cut if these people win.

That was a different time. Since then, more and more people have chosen to have their phone numbers (and, therefore, addresses) unlisted, with good reason. On top of which, so-called "doxxing" is done with malicious intent and often results in all kinds Internet crazies causing the intended victim grief of one kind or another.
