The Frat Boy Gets To Walk

Quote from skylr33:

If you actually had a clue, you would know that it was the Clinton administration that pressured the banks in the 1990's to lower the standards so that everyone could be approved for a mortgage. He felt home ownership was a something that should just be handed to people, and not earned. Your such a dumb shit, so I'll leave you to debate with yourself, that is if your not jacking yourself off all over your New York Times. You probably wack your pathetic little pee pee watching Keith Olbermann on MSNBC with all the rest of the liberal douche bags. Bye bye loser!!!

LMAO. Son, you might make it on a sitcom. Good luck!

Ohhh...The mortgage mess was Bill Clinton's fault.

Ohhh...It was Saddam Hussein who was the modern day Adolph Hitler.

Ohhh...Saddam had something to do with 9/11.

Ohhh...Saddam was associated with Al Qaeda.

Hmmm...I want to thank you for straightening me out on all these issues. I have been misled for so many years. Guess I'm gonna have to get back in college and watch more Fox News.

Are you sure the mortgage mess wasn't the fault of Eisenhower or Hoover or Abraham Lincoln or Buddy Holly? Just want to double check.

Congratulations...now everyone who reads this knows you're an idiot....and yes, I would like fries with my order.

Uhhhh.....Yeah. Sleep well brainy boy.

I can appreciate criticism like this article. What drives me crazy is when eveyone jumps of the 'Bush is a moron' bandwagon. Bush had flaws, like anyone else. We can look back in hindsight and easily second-guess a lot of things, but few people seem willing to take the time to actually consider what they would have done, if they had been presented with the same options.

Let's face it, he had a lot of tough choices. He's not a great communicator. I'll guarantee you he's more intelligent than 99% of the public who says 'Bush is a moron'. Statements like that don't lead to intelligent discussion, and without intelligent discussion we'll never learn from experience.

As for our troops going to Iraq, we were going to have to do it sooner or later.

Has the situation been handled properly Iraq? No it hasn't. I'll be the first to admit that Rumsfeld was totally wrong with his military strategy there. We needed overwhelming numbers of troops there to secure the country and maintain order. That obviously didn't happen. John McCain said from the very beginning that we needed 200,000 - 300,000 troops there from the start. Had we followed his lead, we would be out of Iraq much sooner, than later.

Obama will have no clue how to defend America.

You certainly have a most "twisted" view of reality . . . John McCain didn't make a suggestion to increasing troops in Iraq until way too late . . .

In fact, the record shows that former Army Chief of Staff, General Eric Shinseki went on PUBLIC record back in February of 2003 when he told the Senate Armed Services Committee that he thought that an occupying force of several hundred thousand men would be need to stabilize postwar Iraq.

Interesting to note, Shinseki was appointed by President elect-Obama to head up the VA.

Frat Boy along with Cheney, Rove, etc....

Belong in JAIL....

The Economist has got it right....

3,000 +/- 911 victims I'm sure would disagree but we'll never know

3,000 +/- family members of 911 victims that do not believe it was a government conspiracy would disagree

30+ million with HIV in Africa would disagree, since W/US has done more for them than any other president/country.

50+ million in Afghanistan and Iraq that now have the opportunity to enjoy the same liberty and freedom we have I'm sure would disagree.

300 +/- million in the US that appreciate the fact no terrorist attack has occurred on US soil since 911 may disagree.

6.7 +/- billion in the world less liberals, socialists, marxists, commies, dictators, and thugs that wish to control/deny liberty and freedom to others may also disagree.

Obama will have no clue how to defend America. I can see it now, on day one he'll close Gitmo, allow for every terror detainee there to go free, give them an automatic path to U.S. citizenship, provide them free health care, and a pension - "all tax free of course"!

They are the biggest pussies when it comes to national defense . . .

If that's the case, then why did the President-elect appoint Robert Gates as his Secretary of Defense and General Jim Jones ( a hardcore McCain supporter ) as head of the NSA?

I guess you wouldn't consider a 50% decline in the value of the dollar over the last 8 years that ramped Crude Oil to $147 per barrel as a "terrorist" attack, let alone the fact that China and Japan own nearly half of our national debt.

How naive.
