Indeed. In addition to the issues related to non disclosure of exculpatory evidence there is also the issue of prosecutors confronting witnesses with the evidence against them as a means of forcing them into a plea deal to testify when said evidence *may* have been obtained by committing a fraud upon the court through bogus representations- think dossier.

Thank God for the Constitution and this Judge Sullivan. At least some in the judiciary still care about civil liberties.
I am not saying I know Flynn is innocent but the swamp is scary.

He could start with all the pundits in the media and they go for every foreigner here on elitetrader. Instead of allow prosecutors to selectively target groups with vague laws. We should have specific laws which apply to all who are guilty.
What is going own now is the predictable outcome of what happens in country when the laws are not applied to groups of people. in this case politicians and illegal aliens. But it could be any group.
