Prior to supporting Trump Micheal Flynn's legacy was retired United States Army 3 Star Lieutenant General.After supporting Trump his legacy is pardoned criminal.
The guy just won't give up. The gist of the letter seems to read that Trump was never elected president to begin with.

How do extrapolate that from the letter?

Pleading guilty, in modern US prosecutorial culture, does not guarantee actual guilt. More often it is a reflection of whats called malicious prosecution. Sadly this happens alot because there are not strong reprisals on the books that would call these prosecutions out for the crimes that they are.
Nope. Only a crime makes anyone a criminal. Its not a crime to plead guilty under duress.
